Jonne Laakkonen vs Lenni Jokinen

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/08/2028 from Vantaa, Finland:

The Vantaa venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jonne Laakkonen (5 - 15) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Lenni Jokinen(2 - 4) from Vantaa, Finland.  

Round 1: 

Jokinen is looking to close the distance.  Jokinen pivots from in front of his opponent, but Laakkonen hits home with a left hook.

Laakkonen gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook.

Jokinen pivots to the right of his opponent.  Jokinen tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Jokinen steps inside.  Jokinen sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Laakkonen advances into close range.  Jokinen is on target with a firm right hook to Laakkonen's ribs.  
Laakkonen gets on the inside.  Jokinen lands a sharp left hook.

Jokinen manages to force Laakkonen onto the ropes.  Jokinen lands a cross.  
Jokinen is on target with a right uppercut to Laakkonen's body.  
Jokinen steps inside and is on target with a sharp left hook.
