Mark Scroggie vs John Ure

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/10/2028 from Toronto, Canada:

The Toronto venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Scroggie (25 - 22) who hails from Lonueuil, Canada and John Ure(1 - 3) from Toronto, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Ure walks Scroggie onto the ropes.  Ure pivots to the right of his opponent, but Scroggie is on target with a sharp jab.  
Scroggie steps inside.  Ure is on target with a right hook.  
Scroggie switches the action to the outside and lands a stinging jab.  
Scroggie hits home with a left uppercut.  
Scroggie walks Ure onto the ropes.  Ure tries to land a right hook, but Scroggie dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Ure advances into close range.  Scroggie lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ure hits home with a cross.  
Scroggie hits the target with a hard jab.  
Ure advances into close range.  Scroggie is on target with a solid left hook.  
Ure gets on the inside and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Ure pivots to the side of his opponent and lands with a solid jab.  
Ure lands with a sharp jab.  
Scroggie lands a left hook to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Scroggie connects with a stinging cross.  
Ure connects with a cross.
