Delano Loeb vs Remi Ogier

Boxing Daily Report from the Cameroon National Finals 2029,  taking place on 14/03/2029 from Bamenda, Cameroon:

The Bamenda venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Delano Loeb (24(2) - 16) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Remi Ogier(6 - 20) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  

Round 1: 

Loeb steps inside.  Loeb sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Loeb voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Ogier steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  Ogier is on target with a right hook.  
Loeb tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Loeb gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Ogier steps inside.  Ogier quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Ogier steps inside.  Ogier quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Loeb lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Loeb switches the action to the outside.  Ogier tries to land an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Loeb finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Ogier steps inside and lands a right hook.  
Ogier advances into close range.  Loeb lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.

Ogier is looking to close the distance.  Loeb drives a left hook into Ogier's body.  
Ogier is on target with a sharp left hook to Loeb's body.  
Ogier steps inside and tries to land a right hook, but Loeb slips the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Ogier pivots from in front of his opponent, but Loeb digs in a right hook to Ogier's ribcage.  
Ogier lands a cross.  
Loeb attempts to land a right uppercut, but Ogier blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Loeb's body.  
Ogier steps inside.  Loeb digs in a stinging right hook to Ogier's ribcage.  
Ogier closes the distance and throws a left hook, but Loeb holds on to his opponent.  Loeb leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Ogier pushes his forearm into Loeb's face.  The ref breaks Loeb's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
