Pekarek leans on his opponent using all his weight. Ruzichka is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ruzichka gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Ruzichka pivots to the left of his opponent.  Ruzichka digs in a right hook to Pekarek's ribcage.  Pekarek holds on to his opponent.  Pekarek pushes his forearm into Ruzichka's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Pekarek.
