Boxing Daily Report from the New Zealand National Finals 2029,  taking place on 11/04/2029 from Christchurch, New Zealand:

The Christchurch venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Barry Crowder (1 - 1) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Ethan Nicol(2 - 10) from Hamilton, New Zealand.  

Round 1: 

Crowder is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand left.

Nicol tries to land a right hook, but Crowder blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Nicol's ribcage.  
Nicol advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.
