Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2029,  taking place on 26/04/2029 from Suwon, South Korea:

The Suwon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hyun-soo Yong (3 - 2) who hails from Seongnam, South Korea and Sung-yeung Sim(24 - 30) from Goyang, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Sim gets on the inside and digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Sim lands a left hook.  
Sim manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Yong connects with a left uppercut.  
Sim sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Sim lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  Sim throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Sim sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Yong attempts to land a right hook, but Sim parries the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Yong throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Sim to the neutral corner.  He warns Yong that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.  
Sim is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Yong digs in a firm right hook to Sim's body.  Yong tries to land a right uppercut, but Sim dodges the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Sim hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Yong steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Sim walks Yong onto the ropes.  Sim contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Yong throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.

Sim lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Yong throws a right hook, but Sim ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Sim pushes his forearm into Yong's face.  The ref breaks Sim's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Sim manouvers Yong onto the ropes.  Yong digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Sim gets on the inside and is on target with a left uppercut to Yong's ribs.

Yong throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Yong switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Sim manages to force Yong onto the ropes.  Yong is on target with a left hook.  
Sim sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Yong attempts to land a jab, but Sim blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook.

Sim throws a left hook, but misses the target.  Sim clinches his opponent.  Sim pushes his forearm into Yong's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Sim to stop fouling.  
Sim manouvers Yong onto the ropes.  Yong lands a left uppercut.
