Boxing Daily Report from the Uganda National Finals 2029,  taking place on 26/04/2029 from Gulu, Uganda:

The Gulu venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Zafa Farooq (8 - 9) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and James Mbire(1 - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  

Round 1: 

Farooq switches the action to the outside.  Farooq sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Mbire hits home with a firm cross.
