Boxing Daily Report from the Ireland National Finals 2030,  taking place on 26/03/2030 from Limerick, Ireland:

The Limerick venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Matthew Dunlop (42(4) - 36) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Ross Riley(13 - 26(4)) from Dublin, Ireland.

Dunlop lands a stinging left hook.  Dunlop ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Dunlop pushes his forearm into Riley's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Dunlop.  
Dunlop lands a right uppercut.  Dunlop holds on to his opponent.  Dunlop leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Dunlop's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Riley walks Dunlop onto the ropes.  Riley hits home with a sharp cross.  
Dunlop is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2, AND RILEY IS DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Dunlop!
