Senior Platini vs Thierry Fouroux

Boxing Daily Report from the Ivory Coast National Finals 2030,  taking place on 29/03/2030 from Bouake, Ivory Coast:

The Bouake venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Senior Platini (3 - 2) who hails from Abobo, Ivory Coast and Thierry Fouroux(8(1) - 3) from Abobo, Ivory Coast.  

Round 1:

Fouroux lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Fouroux holds on to his opponent.  Platini pushes his forearm into Fouroux's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Fouroux clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Platini pushes his forearm into Fouroux's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Platini to stop fouling.

Fouroux digs in a potent right uppercut to his opponents body.  PLATINI IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Platini's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!  Fouroux's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.
