Boxing Daily Report from the Nigeria National Finals 2030,  taking place on 11/04/2030 from Lagos, Nigeria:

The Lagos venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dillon Akpabio (1 - 11) who hails from Calabar, Nigeria and Thompson Lyrikal(18 - 3) from Benin City, Nigeria.  

Round 1: 

Lyrikal lands a spiteful jab.

Lyrikal forces Akpabio to retreat into the red corner.  Lyrikal lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Lyrikal throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
