Boxing Daily Report from the UK National Finals 2030,  taking place on 26/04/2030 from Peterborough, UK:

The Peterborough venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Cowens (30(5) - 10) who hails from Wakefield, UK and Stuart Dickson(5 - 10) from London, UK.  

Round 1: 

Cowens gets on the inside.  Cowens pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Cowens manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Cowens lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Cowens lands a stinging right uppercut.  
Cowens lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Cowens lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Cowens lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Dickson steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Cowens digs in a left hook to Dickson's body.  
Cowens lands a stinging cross.  
Dickson throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Dickson sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Cowens lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Dickson lands a stinging jab.  
Dickson pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Cowens steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Dickson recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Cowens advances into close range.  Cowens quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Dickson is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Cowens tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Cowens lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Dickson tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Cowens closes the distance and is on target with a firm left uppercut.  
Cowens tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Dickson pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Dickson pivots to the side of his opponent, but Cowens hits home with a firm left hook.  
Dickson connects with a left hook.  
Cowens lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Cowens drives a firm right hook into Dickson's ribcage.  
Cowens is on target with a stinging left uppercut to Dickson's liver.  
Cowens lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Cowens knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Cowens lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cowens lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head, AND DROPS DICKSON TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Cowens!
