Dakarai Chewe vs Peabo Muunda

Boxing Daily Report from the Zambia National Finals 2030,  taking place on 02/05/2030 from Lusaka, Zambia:

The Lusaka venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dakarai Chewe (6 - 7) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Peabo Muunda(42(1) - 28) from Ndola, Zambia.  

Round 1: 

Muunda connects with a right uppercut.  
Chewe gets on the inside.  Chewe quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Chewe throws a right hook, but Muunda clinches his opponent.  Muunda tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Chewe behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Muunda about fouling.  
Muunda drives a solid left hook into Chewe's ribs.  
Muunda gets on the inside and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Chewe steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Muunda closes the distance.  Muunda pivots to the left of his opponent.  Chewe attempts to land a left hook, but Muunda parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Muunda sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a solid left hook.  
Muunda lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Muunda feints a right, and then lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Muunda steps inside and forces Chewe to back into the ropes.  Muunda pivots to the side of his opponent.  Muunda throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Muunda holds on to his opponent.  Muunda is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Muunda to stop fouling.  
Muunda drives a solid cross into his opponents body.  
Muunda steps inside.  Muunda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Muunda lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Muunda walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Muunda lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Muunda is on target with a cross.  
Muunda lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Muunda lands a firm left hook.  
Muunda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross to Chewe's body.

Chewe throws a right hook, but Muunda clinches his opponent.  Muunda leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Muunda's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Muunda lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Muunda drives a right hook into Chewe's body.  
Muunda lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Muunda lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Muunda steps inside.  Muunda sidesteps to the right of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Muunda hits home with a left hook.  
Muunda manouvers Chewe onto the ropes.  Muunda lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Muunda advances into close range and throws a right hook, but is unable to find the target.  Muunda holds on to his opponent.  Muunda tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Chewe's kidney. 
Muunda lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
