Antwan Tulloch vs Joseph Torbett

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/05/2030 from New Kingston, Jamaica:

The New Kingston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Antwan Tulloch (14(1) - 7) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Joseph Torbett(4 - 9) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  

Round 1: 

Tulloch gets on the inside and hits home with a firm right hook.  
Torbett feints a right hook, and then throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Tulloch steps inside and is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Torbett lands a sharp jab.

Torbett circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Tulloch tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

Torbett throws a left hook, but Tulloch ties up his opponent.  Tulloch leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Tulloch tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Torbett behind the head. The ref breaks Tulloch's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tulloch is on target with a firm right uppercut to Torbett's ribcage.  
Torbett pivots to the side of his opponent.  Torbett throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Torbett steps to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Tulloch lands a jab.  
Torbett quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Tulloch is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.
