Dave Sanders vs Lucas Dunn

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 17/07/2030 from Perth, Australia:

The Perth venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Sanders (37 - 4) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Lucas Dunn(1 - 4) from Perth, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Sanders drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Dunn attempts to land a jab, but Sanders blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Sanders finds the target with a stiff jab.  
Sanders steps to the outside.  Sanders sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Sanders feints a jab, but Dunn is not fooled and responds with a cross.  
Dunn steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Sanders lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Sanders lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.

Dunn closes the distance.  Sanders connects with a right hook.

Dunn pivots to the left of his opponent, but Sanders lands a cross to the body followed by two jab's to the head.  
Sanders tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Sanders lands an overhand left to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Dunn finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Dunn manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Sanders lands a straight 1 - 2.

Dunn attempts to land a jab, but Sanders slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.

Dunn steps inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Sanders is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Sanders lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Dunn tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
