Dave Sanders vs Joe Sellar

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/07/2030 from Sydney, Australia:

The Sydney venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Sanders (40 - 4) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Joe Sellar(4 - 6) from Sydney, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Sanders tries to keep the action at long range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Sellar throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Sellar walks Sanders onto the ropes.  Sellar pivots to the side of his opponent, but Sanders lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Sanders attempts to land a jab, but Sellar parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sanders steps to the outside and hits the target with a stiff jab.  
Sanders lands a cross.  
Sanders feints a jab, tricking Sellar into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Sanders springs the trap and counters with  a left hook.  
Sellar cuts off the ring, trapping Sanders on the ropes.  Sanders digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Sellar advances into close range.  Sellar pivots to the right of his opponent.  Sanders attempts to land a right hook, but Sellar sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Sanders tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Sellar pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Sellar walks Sanders into the corner.  Sanders is on target with a stiff jab.  
Sanders steps to the outside.  Sanders feints a left, and then hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Sanders throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Sanders feints a left, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Sanders connects with an overhand right.  
Sanders feints a left hook, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Sellar closes the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Sanders steps away from his opponent.  Sellar lands with a stiff jab.  
Sanders throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Sellar gets on the inside and walks Sanders onto the ropes.  Sanders lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Sellar switches the action to the outside.  Sanders connects with a cross.  
Sanders feints a right, and then hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Sanders tries to keep the action at long range and lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Sellar pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Sanders steps to the outside.  Sanders feints a jab, but Sellar ignores the feint and is on target with a solid right hook.  
Sellar pivots to the left of his opponent, but Sanders lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Sanders switches the action to the outside.  Sanders feints a right hook, and then hits home with a cross.  Sanders throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Sanders tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a hard jab.  
Sellar pivots to the side of his opponent, but Sanders is on target with a cross.  
Sellar steps inside.  Sellar pivots to the side of his opponent, but Sanders drives a left uppercut into his opponents liver.
