Luka Vecakais vs Anton Kasparsons

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/08/2030 from Riga, Latvia:

The Riga venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Luka Vecakais (15 - 2) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Anton Kasparsons(0 - 10) from Riga, Latvia.  

Round 1:

Kasparsons pivots to the right of his opponent, but Vecakais connects with a right hook.  
Kasparsons lands a right hook.  
Vecakais lands a left hook.  
Vecakais steps away from his opponent and connects with an overhand left.  
Kasparsons closes the distance.  Kasparsons quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Kasparsons throws a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kasparsons throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Vecakais is looking to keep his distance.  Kasparsons lands a cross.  
Vecakais attempts to land a jab, but Kasparsons slips the shot and counters with a sharp cross.

Vecakais switches the action to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Kasparsons hits home with a right hook.  
Kasparsons lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kasparsons hits home with a cross.
