Jurgen Richter vs Rick Gatzke

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/12/2030 from Winterthur, Switzerland:

The Winterthur venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jurgen Richter (3 - 1) who hails from Zurich, Switzerland and Rick Gatzke(1 - 11) from Winterthur, Switzerland.  

Round 1: 

Gatzke gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Gatzke lands a stinging left uppercut.  
Richter steps to the outside.  Richter is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Gatzke is on target with a jab.  
Richter connects with a cross.  
Gatzke steps inside.  Gatzke pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Gatzke manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Gatzke digs in a left hook to Richter's body.  Gatzke throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Gatzke advances into close range.  Gatzke pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Richter tries to keep the action at long range.  Gatzke attempts to land a cross, but Richter sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Gatzke is looking to close the distance and digs in a right uppercut to Richter's body.  
Gatzke tries to land a right hook, but Richter slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Gatzke connects with a left hook.  
Gatzke pivots from in front of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into Richter's liver.  
Gatzke lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Gatzke steps inside.  Gatzke sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Richter connects with a cross.

Richter tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a cross.
