Amer Babouche vs Rehman Faraj

Boxing Daily Report from the Algeria National Finals 2031,  taking place on 11/03/2031 from Algiers, Algeria:

The Algiers venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Amer Babouche (3 - 9) who hails from Algiers, Algeria and Rehman Faraj(27 - 6) from Annaba, Algeria.  

Round 1: 

Faraj closes the distance.  Faraj pivots from in front of his opponent.  Faraj tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Faraj advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Faraj gets on the inside and is on target with a left uppercut.
