Boxing Daily Report from the Belarus National Finals 2031,  taking place on 11/03/2031 from Minsk, Belarus:

The Minsk venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Aleksei Stepanov (18(1) - 3) who hails from Mogilev, Belarus and Volodmiri Karlik(21(1) - 11) from Minsk, Belarus.  

Round 1:

Stepanov sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Karlik lands with a stiff jab.  
Stepanov steps away from his opponent.  Stepanov sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Karlik lands a cross.  
Karlik manouvers Stepanov onto the ropes.  Karlik pivots to the right of his opponent, but Stepanov lands a jab.
