The Oruro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Joaquin Serrano (3 - 2) who hails from El Alto, Bolivia and Santiago Garcia(3 - 5) from Cochabamba, Bolivia.
