Alejandro Acero vs Olindo Milan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ecuador National Finals 2031,  taking place on 11/03/2031 from Quito, Ecuador:

The Quito venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alejandro Acero (2 - 11) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Olindo Milan(15 - 15(1)) from Quito, Ecuador.  

Round 1:

Acero lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Milan throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Milan ties up his opponent.  Milan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Milan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Milan gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.

Milan pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Acero attempts to land a jab, but Milan blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Milan is on target with a solid jab.  
Acero steps to the outside and is on target with a stinging cross.  
Milan switches the action to the outside and is on target with a sharp overhand right.  
Milan gets on the inside.  Milan pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to Acero's liver.  
Acero steps away from his opponent and connects with a sharp cross.  
Milan pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
