Boxing Daily Report from the Italy National Finals 2031,  taking place on 26/03/2031 from Bologna, Italy:

The Bologna venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Edmondo Lusco (19 - 14) who hails from Turin, Italy and Liberatore Raisi(16 - 5) from Bologna, Italy.  

Round 1: 

Lusco steps inside.  Raisi lands a left uppercut.  
Lusco walks Raisi into the corner.  Lusco is on target with a left hook.

Raisi switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Raisi lands a firm cross.  
Raisi hits home with a cross.  
Raisi walks Lusco down, trapping him on the ropes.  Raisi pivots from in front of his opponent, but Lusco lands with a solid jab.  
Raisi pivots to the right of his opponent, but Lusco lands with a hard jab.  
Raisi tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lusco manages to force Raisi onto the ropes.  Lusco feints a left, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Raisi lands a hard jab.  
Raisi attempts to land a jab, but Lusco slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Raisi's liver.  
Lusco attempts to land a jab, but Raisi sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Lusco steps inside.  Raisi is on target with a left hook.  
Lusco advances into close range and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Raisi drives a left hook into Lusco's body.  
Raisi hits home with a firm left uppercut.

Raisi drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Lusco lands a left hook followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Lusco is looking to close the distance.  Raisi pivots to the side of his opponent.  Raisi attempts to land a right hook, but Lusco blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Raisi feints a right hook, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Raisi steps away from his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  Raisi throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Raisi strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Raisi throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Lusco's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Lusco gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Lusco advances into close range and drives a left hook into Raisi's body.
