Bradley Hughes vs Paul Pryce

Boxing Daily Report from the Jamaica National Finals 2031,  taking place on 29/03/2031 from Kingston, Jamaica:

The Kingston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bradley Hughes (10 - 13) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Paul Pryce(4 - 0) from New Kingston, Jamaica.  

Round 1: 

Pryce hits home with a sharp cross.  
Hughes connects with an overhand left.  
Pryce gets on the inside.  Hughes throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Hughes digs in a right hook to Pryce's body.  
Pryce manages to force Hughes onto the ropes.  Pryce sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.

Hughes throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.

Hughes is on target with a cross.  
Pryce steps to the outside.  Pryce feints a jab, tricking Hughes into throwing a right hook counter.  Pryce is waiting for the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Pryce feints a left hook, but Hughes ignores the feint and responds with a firm cross.  
Pryce drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Hughes tries to land a jab, but Pryce sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.

Hughes steps inside and forces Pryce to retreat onto the ropes.  Pryce throws a left hook, but misses the target.  Pryce holds on to his opponent.  Hughes is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Pryce sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a solid overhand right.  
Hughes lands a cross to the body, a jab to the head and a cross to the head.
