Ewan Turnbull vs John Larrimore

Boxing Daily Report from the New Zealand National Finals 2031,  taking place on 11/04/2031 from Manukau, New Zealand:

The Manukau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ewan Turnbull (5 - 17) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and John Larrimore(23 - 16(1)) from Auckland, New Zealand.  

Round 1: 

Turnbull drives a stinging right hook into Larrimore's body.  
Turnbull attempts to land a jab, but Larrimore sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Larrimore manages to force Turnbull into a corner.  Larrimore attempts to land a jab, but Turnbull blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Larrimore sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.
