Damien Ory vs Canaan Giroud

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 21/04/2031 from Aix-en-Provence, France:

The Aix-en-Provence venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Damien Ory (21 - 10) who hails from Strasbourg, France and Canaan Giroud(13 - 6) from Aix-en-Provence, France.  

Round 1: 

Giroud feints a left hook, and then drives a right hook into Ory's ribcage.  Giroud tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Giroud advances into close range.  Giroud pivots from in front of his opponent, but Ory hits home with a firm right hook.  
Giroud advances into close range and walks Ory down, trapping him on the ropes.  Giroud lands a firm right uppercut.  
Ory switches the action to the outside.  Giroud lands a solid cross.  
Giroud manages to force Ory into the corner.  Giroud lands a jab.  
Giroud is looking to close the distance and digs in a left uppercut to Ory's body.
