Boxing Daily Report from the Slovakia National Finals 2031,  taking place on 26/04/2031 from Bratislava, Slovakia:

The Bratislava venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Herbert Kasper (11 - 16) who hails from Bratislava, Slovakia and Metodej Miska(37 - 14) from Bratislava, Slovakia.  

Round 1: 

Kasper steps away from his opponent.  Miska lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.

Kasper sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Miska lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Kasper attempts to land a jab, but Miska parries the shot and counters with a cross.

Miska advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Miska steps inside and manages to force Kasper onto the ropes.  Miska sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kasper tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kasper sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with an overhand right.

Miska walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Miska pivots to the left of his opponent.  Miska throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Miska sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Miska steps inside and tries to land a left hook, but Kasper slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kasper is looking to keep his distance and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Miska is looking to close the distance and walks Kasper onto the ropes.  Miska sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Miska steps inside.  Miska sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Miska retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Kasper steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  Kasper throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Miska time to recover.  
Kasper pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a sharp cross to Miska's body.
