Aaron Mbale vs Quannell Kapaya

Boxing Daily Report from the Zambia National Finals 2031,  taking place on 29/04/2031 from Lusaka, Zambia:

The Lusaka venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Aaron Mbale (3 - 0) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Quannell Kapaya(13 - 6) from Lusaka, Zambia.

Mbale quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Mbale throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Mbale attempts to land a cross, but Kapaya parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Kapaya pivots to the side of his opponent and finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Kapaya closes the distance and manouvers Mbale onto the ropes.  Mbale lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Mbale is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a sharp cross.  
Kapaya gets on the inside and drives a left hook into Mbale's body.  
Kapaya sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Mbale's ribcage.  
Kapaya advances into close range and manages to force Mbale onto the ropes.  Kapaya sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Mbale lands a left hook.
