Dave Sanders vs Danny Power

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/07/2031 from Perth, Australia:

The Perth venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Sanders (134(1) - 8) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Danny Power(22(1) - 29) from Perth, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Power gets on the inside.  Sanders digs in a stinging left hook to Power's ribs.  
Power advances into close range and forces Sanders to back into the ropes.  Power tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Power pivots to the right of his opponent, but Sanders digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents liver.  
Power drives a left uppercut into Sanders's liver.  
Power cuts off the ring, trapping Sanders in a corner.  Sanders lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Power lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Sanders switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.

Power steps inside and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Sanders blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Sanders tries to keep the action at long range.  Power finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Power manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Sanders lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Power gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Sanders is looking to keep his distance.  Power lands an overhand right to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Sanders tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a jab.  
Sanders steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Sanders finds the target with a stinging jab.
