Audric Bloch vs Landry Marceau

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/08/2031 from Pikine, Senegal:

The Pikine venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Audric Bloch (12(3) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Landry Marceau(4 - 6) from Pikine, Senegal.  

Round 1: 

Bloch gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Marceau's liver.  Bloch throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Bloch steps inside and walks Marceau down, trapping him on the ropes.  Bloch is on target with a forceful right hook to Marceau's body.  MARCEAU IS HURT!  Marceau quickly recovers. 
Marceau throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bloch gets on the inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Bloch walks his opponent into the corner.  Marceau attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Bloch to the neutral corner.  He has a stern word with Marceau and threatens a point deduction if continues to foul.  
Bloch lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Bloch lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Bloch clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bloch pushes his forearm into Marceau's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Bloch.  
Bloch lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Bloch tries to land a left hook, but Marceau blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Bloch is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Bloch lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bloch drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Marceau throws a left hook, but Bloch clinches his opponent.  Bloch leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Bloch is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Bloch walks his opponent down, trapping him in the red corner.  Marceau is on target with a left hook.  Bloch clinches his opponent.  Bloch leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Marceau is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Bloch's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Marceau throws a left hook, but Bloch holds on to his opponent.  Bloch tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Marceau's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Bloch.  
Bloch digs in a left hook to Marceau's body.  Bloch attempts to land a left hook, but Marceau parries the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Bloch lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND SENDS MARCEAU SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Marceau lands a left hook.  Bloch ties up his opponent.  Bloch pushes his forearm into Marceau's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Bloch about fouling.  
Bloch lands a left hook to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Bloch gets on the inside.  Bloch sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a sharp right uppercut.

Marceau sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a sharp jab.  
Marceau tries to step out of his opponents range.  Bloch connects with a solid cross.  
Bloch gets on the inside and forces Marceau to back into the corner.  Bloch digs in a solid left hook to Marceau's body.  
Bloch lands a solid right uppercut.  
Marceau sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to Bloch's body.  
Bloch is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right uppercut to Marceau's body.  
Bloch gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Marceau throws a left hook, but Bloch ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Marceau pushes his forearm into Bloch's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Bloch lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Bloch crashes a mean right hook to his opponents body.  MARCEAU IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  
Bloch closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Marceau's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

Marceau pivots from in front of his opponent, but Bloch lands a solid cross.  
Bloch steps inside and connects with a solid left hook.  
Bloch attempts to land a right uppercut, but Marceau slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bloch lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head, AND SENDS MARCEAU SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Bloch!
