Benjam Laukkinen vs Huugo Almila

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/11/2031 from Helsinki, Finland:

The Helsinki venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Benjam Laukkinen (3 - 4) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Huugo Almila(4 - 13) from Helsinki, Finland.  

Round 1: 

Almila feints a cross, and then connects with a left uppercut.

Laukkinen steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Almila dodges the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.

Almila pivots to the right of his opponent, but  goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Almila time to recover.  
Almila pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a jab into Laukkinen's body.  
Almila steps to the outside and hits the target with a stinging jab.  
Laukkinen steps inside and hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  Laukkinen tries to land a left hook, but Almila slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Laukkinen hits home with a left hook.  
Almila connects with a solid cross.  
Almila pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Almila's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

Laukkinen steps inside and manouvers Almila into a corner.  Almila tries to land a right hook, but Laukkinen sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Laukkinen lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Almila hits home with a sharp cross.  
Laukkinen quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.  
Almila hits home with a firm cross.  
Laukkinen lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Laukkinen attempts to land a jab, but Almila sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Laukkinen is looking to close the distance and lands a solid left hook.  
Laukkinen pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a sharp left hook.
