Hitoshi Ogasawara vs Ichiro Suzuki

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 16/11/2031 from Osaka, Japan:

The Osaka venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hitoshi Ogasawara (15 - 9) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Ichiro Suzuki(1 - 2(1)) from Osaka, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Suzuki is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Ogasawara manages to force Suzuki into a neutral corner.  Suzuki lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Ogasawara pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.

Ogasawara attempts to land a right uppercut, but Suzuki sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Ogasawara gets on the inside.  Suzuki connects with a left hook.  Ogasawara clinches his opponent.  Ogasawara leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Suzuki attempts to land a left hook, but Ogasawara blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Ogasawara closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.
