Louie Nolton vs Santiago Beltre

Boxing Daily Report from the Americas Boxing Championships 2032,  taking place on 09/01/2032 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Louie Nolton (29 - 12) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Santiago Beltre(9 - 5) from San Miguelito, Panama.

Nolton steps away from his opponent and is on target with an overhand left.  
Beltre advances into close range.  Nolton pivots to the right of his opponent.  Nolton lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Nolton holds on to his opponent.  Beltre leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Beltre closes the distance.  Nolton pivots to the left of his opponent.  Beltre throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Beltre drives a stinging right hook into Nolton's ribcage.  
Beltre lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Beltre advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Nolton holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Beltre pushes his forearm into Nolton's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Beltre.  
Nolton pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Nolton lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Nolton hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Beltre steps inside.  Nolton throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Beltre time to recover.
