Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/01/2032 from Port-au-Prince, Haiti:

The Port-au-Prince venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dashiell Beatrice (5 - 8) who hails from Delmas, Haiti and Thibaud Arletty(4 - 20) from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  

Round 1: 

Arletty lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Beatrice sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Arletty tries to keep the action at long range.  Arletty stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Beatrice connects with a cross.  
Arletty tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Beatrice pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Arletty throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Beatrice cuts off the ring, trapping Arletty in the corner.  Beatrice drives a right uppercut into Arletty's body.  
Beatrice pivots to the side of his opponent and attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Arletty's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Beatrice is looking to close the distance.  Arletty throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Beatrice throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Arletty is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with an overhand left.

Beatrice steps inside and throws a right uppercut, but Arletty ties up his opponent.  Beatrice pushes his forearm into Arletty's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Arletty feints a cross, tricking Beatrice into throwing a right hook counter.  Arletty springs the trap and counters with  a solid right uppercut.
