Colin Peffers vs Rob Santon

Boxing Daily Report from the Australia National Finals 2032,  taking place on 14/03/2032 from Melbourne, Australia:

The Melbourne venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Colin Peffers (4 - 0) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Rob Santon(23 - 12(1)) from Sydney, Australia.  

Round 1:

Santon manages to force Peffers into a corner.  Peffers is on target with a right hook.  
Peffers feints a left hook, but Santon is not fooled and responds with a right hook.  
Santon sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Santon pivots to the left of his opponent.  Santon attempts to land a left hook, but Peffers sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Santon cuts off the ring, trapping Peffers on the ropes.  Santon pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Peffers steps away from his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Santon gets on the inside and walks Peffers onto the ropes.  Santon is on target with a right hook to Peffers's body.
