Oliver Uusihakimo vs Heino Vuoristo

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/01/2033 from Tampere, Finland:

The Tampere venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Oliver Uusihakimo (8 - 15) who hails from Vantaa, Finland and Heino Vuoristo(4 - 11) from Tampere, Finland.  

Round 1: 

Vuoristo advances into close range.  Vuoristo sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Uusihakimo digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Vuoristo forces Uusihakimo to retreat onto the ropes.  Vuoristo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Uusihakimo closes the distance and drives a left hook into Vuoristo's body.  
Vuoristo pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Uusihakimo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Uusihakimo connects with a cross.  
Vuoristo is looking to close the distance and forces Uusihakimo to retreat into the corner.  Vuoristo is on target with a right uppercut to Uusihakimo's ribs.  
Uusihakimo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Vuoristo finds the target with a jab.  
Vuoristo gets on the inside.  Uusihakimo lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Vuoristo lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Uusihakimo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into Vuoristo's ribs.

Uusihakimo tries to keep the action at long range.  Vuoristo connects with a cross.  
Vuoristo is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Uusihakimo on the ropes.  Uusihakimo lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Uusihakimo throws a left hook, but is not on target.  Uusihakimo holds on to his opponent.  Uusihakimo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Uusihakimo throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Uusihakimo about fouling.  
Vuoristo forces Uusihakimo to retreat into the corner.  Vuoristo is on target with a right hook.  
Uusihakimo lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Vuoristo advances into close range.  Vuoristo pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Vuoristo switches the action to the outside.  Uusihakimo hits home with a solid cross.  
Uusihakimo steps inside.  Uusihakimo throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Vuoristo's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
