Joaquin Cotto vs Saturnin Bedoya

Boxing Daily Report from the Costa Rica National Finals 2033,  taking place on 14/03/2033 from San Jose, Costa Rica:

The San Jose venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.

Cotto throws a left hook, but Bedoya ties up his opponent.  Cotto pushes his forearm into Bedoya's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bedoya steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Bedoya is on target with a left uppercut to Cotto's body.  
Cotto is looking to keep his distance.  Bedoya lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Bedoya is looking to close the distance.  Cotto lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bedoya connects with a firm right hook.

Bedoya uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Cotto's kidney. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Bedoya throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.

Bedoya steps inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Cotto almost instantly recovers. 
Cotto tries to keep the action at long range.  Bedoya is on target with a cross.  
Cotto feints a jab, and then hits home with a sharp cross.  
Bedoya gets on the inside.  Bedoya quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Cotto is looking to keep his distance.  The right shot from Bedoya could be enough to force the stoppage!  Bedoya lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head, AND COTTO IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 9.  It looks like Cotto has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Bedoya lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Bedoya advances into close range and whips in a hurtful left hook to Cotto's liver.  IT LOOKS LIKE COTTO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Bedoya holds on to his opponent.  Bedoya uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Cotto's kidney. Cotto almost instantly recovers.
