Francois Bernanos vs Jasper Baston

Boxing Daily Report from the France National Finals 2033,  taking place on 26/03/2033 from Toulouse, France:

The Toulouse venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Francois Bernanos (10(2) - 14) who hails from Rennes, France and Jasper Baston(5 - 1) from Aix-en-Provence, France.

Baston sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Baston lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Bernanos is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Bernanos ties up his opponent.  Bernanos is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Bernanos and breaks the clinch.  Baston recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bernanos lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Bernanos steps inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Bernanos clinches his opponent.  Bernanos leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Baston pushes his forearm into Bernanos's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Baston to stop fouling.  Baston almost instantly recovers.

Bernanos steps inside and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Baston pivots to the left of his opponent, but Bernanos is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Bernanos digs in a left hook to Baston's body.  
Baston pivots from in front of his opponent, but Bernanos is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Baston sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Bernanos lands a right hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Bernanos's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.  Baston's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!

Baston pivots from in front of his opponent.  Baston attempts to land a cross, but Bernanos parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Baston sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Bernanos digs in a forceful right hook to his opponents ribs.  IT LOOKS LIKE BASTON WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Baston recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Bernanos tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND SENDS BASTON SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Bernanos!
