Boxing Daily Report from the Saudi Arabia National Finals 2033,  taking place on 26/04/2033 from Mecca, Saudi Arabia:

The Mecca venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Malik Unis (10 - 9) who hails from Taif, Saudi Arabia and Haaris Maarouf(6(1) - 3) from Dammam, Saudi Arabia.  

Round 1: 

Maarouf advances into close range.  Maarouf throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Maarouf tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with a solid cross.  
Unis digs in a left uppercut to Maarouf's liver.  Unis attempts to land a jab, but Maarouf blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Unis is looking to keep his distance and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Unis connects with a firm cross.  
Maarouf steps inside.  Maarouf sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Maarouf forces Unis to retreat onto the ropes.  Maarouf sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to his opponents body.  
Maarouf pivots to the side of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Maarouf closes the distance and is on target with a firm right hook.  
Maarouf pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Maarouf forces Unis to retreat into the corner.  Maarouf lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Maarouf sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Unis lands with a spiteful jab.  
Maarouf steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Maarouf pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Maarouf is on target with a firm left hook.  
Maarouf pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Maarouf lands a right hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Maarouf forces Unis to back into the ropes.  Maarouf pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Maarouf advances into close range.  Unis attempts to land a left hook, but Maarouf blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Unis tries to step out of his opponents range.  Maarouf throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Unis hits home with a stiff jab.  
Unis steps away from his opponent.  Unis circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Maarouf attempts to land a cross, but Unis sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Maarouf quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Unis is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a stiff jab.  Unis attempts to land an overhand left, but Maarouf sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Unis connects with an overhand left.

Maarouf advances into close range.  Maarouf pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Maarouf lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Maarouf is looking to close the distance.  Maarouf pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Unis quickly recovers. 
Maarouf gets on the inside.  Maarouf lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Maarouf is looking to close the distance.  Maarouf quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Maarouf steps inside.  Unis lands a stinging right hook.  Maarouf holds on to his opponent.  Unis is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Maarouf lands with a stiff jab.  
Maarouf closes the distance.  Unis attempts to land a left hook, but Maarouf slips the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Unis steps away from his opponent.  Maarouf lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Maarouf lands a cross.  
Unis lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Maarouf gets on the inside.  Maarouf hits home with a firm left uppercut.  
Maarouf pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Unis's ribcage.  
Maarouf gets on the inside.  Maarouf pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Maarouf walks Unis down, trapping him on the ropes.  Maarouf pivots from in front of his opponent.  Maarouf lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Maarouf ties up his opponent.  Unis is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Maarouf senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Unis and just needs the right shot.  Maarouf lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a cross to the head.  Unis now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Unis steps away from his opponent.  Maarouf lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Unis tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a hard jab.  
Maarouf throws a right uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Maarouf ties up his opponent.  Unis leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Maarouf pushes his forearm into Unis's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Maarouf.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Unis's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
