Jay Arop vs Laken Kagwa

Boxing Daily Report from the Uganda National Finals 2033,  taking place on 02/05/2033 from Kampala, Uganda:

The Kampala venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jay Arop (33(1) - 16) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Laken Kagwa(32 - 16) from Gulu, Uganda.  

Round 1: 

Arop attempts to land a jab, but Kagwa slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Kagwa lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Arop advances into close range.  Arop sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a solid left hook.  
Arop sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right uppercut.
