Barry Vaughn vs Dave Roller

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 28/12/2033 from Cedar Rapids, USA:

The Cedar Rapids venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Barry Vaughn (16 - 17(1)) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Dave Roller(21(1) - 4) from Cedar Rapids, USA.  

Round 1: 

Vaughn lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Roller steps inside.  Roller quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to Vaughn's ribcage.  
Roller pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Roller manages to force Vaughn into the corner.  Roller lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Roller lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Roller steps inside.  Roller quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Roller is on target with a solid left hook.  
Roller lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Roller walks his opponent into the corner.  Roller lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Roller pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Roller quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Roller tries to land a right hook, but Vaughn sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Vaughn sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Roller throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Vaughn is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Roller is looking to close the distance.  Roller sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Roller pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Roller lands two left hook's to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Vaughn lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Vaughn pivots to the left of his opponent.  Vaughn attempts to land a jab, but Roller parries the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Vaughn tries to step out of his opponents range.  Vaughn feints a left hook, and then lands a stinging jab.  
Vaughn lands with a stiff jab.  
Roller closes the distance and drives a right uppercut into Vaughn's body.  Roller clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Roller pushes his forearm into Vaughn's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Vaughn is looking to keep his distance.  Roller lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Vaughn quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Vaughn lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Roller advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Vaughn is looking to keep his distance.  Roller senses Vaughn is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Roller connects with a mean cross.  VAUGHN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 9.  
Roller gets on the inside.  Roller lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND SENDS VAUGHN TO THE CANVAS!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Roller!
