The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gareth Abrego (26(1) - 8) who hails from Tallahassee, USA and Bryan Nicolas(1 - 1) from Baton Rouge, USA.  

Round 1: 

Abrego steps inside.  Nicolas throws a right hook, but Abrego ties up his opponent.  Nicolas leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Abrego's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Nicolas walks Abrego down, trapping him in the red corner.  Abrego is on target with a firm cross.  Abrego throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Nicolas pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a solid cross.  
Nicolas steps to the outside.  Abrego lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Abrego closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Abrego lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Nicolas tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Abrego advances into close range.  Nicolas connects with a right uppercut.  Abrego holds on to his opponent.  Abrego is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Abrego's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Nicolas tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Abrego sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook to Nicolas's ribs.

Abrego pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a cross.

Abrego steps inside and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
Nicolas throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Abrego time to recover.

Abrego forces Nicolas to back into the ropes.  Abrego sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.

Nicolas pivots to the side of his opponent.  Nicolas tries to land a jab, but Abrego slips the shot and counters with a spiteful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE NICOLAS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Abrego advances into close range.  Abrego senses Nicolas is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Abrego is on target with a FEARSOME right hook.  NICOLAS IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Nicolas now seems to have his senses back.
