Yo Hoo vs Zhong Pi

Boxing Daily Report from the China National Finals 2034,  taking place on 11/03/2034 from Qingdao, China:

The Qingdao venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yo Hoo (18 - 10) who hails from Hong Kong, China and Zhong Pi(12 - 10) from Nanchong, China.  

Round 1: 

Hoo steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Pi lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Pi advances into close range.  Hoo tries to land a left hook, but Pi sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to Hoo's ribs.  
Hoo lands a left hook.  
Pi drives a solid left uppercut into Hoo's liver.  
Hoo steps away from his opponent.  Pi lands a hard jab.  
Hoo lands a straight 1 - 2.  Hoo throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Hoo connects with a solid cross.  
Pi drives a right hook into Hoo's body.  
Hoo is on target with a cross.  
Hoo tries to step out of his opponents range.  Pi lands with a sharp jab.

Hoo switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Hoo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  
Pi gets on the inside and walks Hoo down, trapping him on the ropes.  Pi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid left uppercut.  
Pi lands a right hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Pi steps inside and drives a left hook into Hoo's body.  
Hoo attempts to land a jab, but Pi sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Pi closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Pi hits home with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Pi's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.
