Dean Gallagher vs Evan McCrae

Boxing Daily Report from the Ireland National Finals 2034,  taking place on 29/03/2034 from Galway, Ireland:

The Galway venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dean Gallagher (9(1) - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Evan McCrae(5 - 11) from Dublin, Ireland.  

Round 1: 

McCrae steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Gallagher lands a jab, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  
Gallagher lands with a hard jab.  
Gallagher contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  McCrae throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Gallagher steps away from his opponent and lands a cross.  
Gallagher lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
McCrae gets on the inside.  McCrae pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a sharp right hook into Gallagher's body.  
Gallagher is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
McCrae forces Gallagher to retreat onto the ropes.  McCrae quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Gallagher lands a sharp cross.  
McCrae feints a left, and then is on target with a firm cross.  
Gallagher tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a cross.  
McCrae gets on the inside.  Gallagher lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
McCrae is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  McCrae attempts to land a cross, but Gallagher slips the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
McCrae throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut to McCrae's body.  
McCrae steps inside and manouvers Gallagher onto the ropes.  Gallagher lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
McCrae sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Gallagher connects with a sharp right hook.  
Gallagher stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  McCrae hits home with a cross.  
Gallagher lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gallagher's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win.

McCrae steps inside.  McCrae pivots to the left of his opponent.  McCrae tries to land a left hook, but Gallagher slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
McCrae pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross, right uppercut and a jab to his opponents head.  
McCrae steps inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Gallagher digs in a firm right hook to McCrae's ribs.  
McCrae tries to keep the action at long range.  McCrae sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  McCrae tries to land a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Gallagher lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Gallagher lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McCrae is on target with an overhand left.  
McCrae advances into close range.  Gallagher throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Gallagher ties up his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gallagher tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a telling overhand left.  IT LOOKS LIKE MCCRAE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
McCrae closes the distance.  Gallagher is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Gallagher lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS MCCRAE!  He manages to get up at 7.  
Gallagher switches the action to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS MCCRAE DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  McCrae now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Gallagher throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Gallagher stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  McCrae lands a jab.  
McCrae pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gallagher lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Gallagher clinches his opponent.  McCrae is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns McCrae.  
Gallagher thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put McCrae away.  Gallagher connects with a DEVASTATING left hook.  MCCRAE IS DOWN!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE MCCRAE CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Gallagher!
