Boxing Daily Report from the Puerto Rico National Finals 2034,  taking place on 11/04/2034 from San Juan, Puerto Rico:

The San Juan venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Diego Villafranca (22(3) - 26(2)) who hails from San Juan, Puerto Rico and Oihane Licona(11(2) - 5) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.

Villafranca throws a left hook, but Licona clinches his opponent.  Licona pushes his forearm into Villafranca's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Licona.  
Villafranca cuts off the ring, trapping Licona on the ropes.  Licona throws a left hook, but is off-target.  Licona clinches his opponent.  Licona is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Villafranca steps inside.  Villafranca sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Licona is on target with a forceful right hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE VILLAFRANCA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!

Licona lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND VILLAFRANCA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!
