Alejandro Pinero vs Cruz Cortinas

Boxing Daily Report from the Mexico National Finals 2034,  taking place on 17/04/2034 from Saltillo, Mexico:

The Saltillo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alejandro Pinero (21 - 4) who hails from Guadalajara, Mexico and Cruz Cortinas(49(4) - 15) from Naucalpan, Mexico.  

Round 1:

Cortinas pivots to the side of his opponent.  Pinero throws a right hook, but Cortinas ties up his opponent.  Pinero leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Pinero pushes his forearm into Cortinas's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
