Cipriano Almazan vs Diego Delfin

Boxing Daily Report from the Spain National Finals 2034,  taking place on 02/05/2034 from Badalona, Spain:

The Badalona venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Light Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Cipriano Almazan (18 - 17) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Diego Delfin(33(22) - 8) from Murcia, Spain.  

Round 1: 

Almazan connects with a stinging cross.  
Delfin pivots to the left of his opponent.  Delfin throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Delfin clinches his opponent.  Delfin pushes his forearm into Almazan's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Delfin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Delfin lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Delfin clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Delfin pushes his forearm into Almazan's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Delfin about fouling.  
Almazan tries to keep the action at long range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Delfin closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Almazan attempts to land a right hook, but Delfin sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.  
Delfin advances into close range.  Almazan throws a left hook, but the shot is blocked.  Delfin holds on to his opponent.  Almazan pushes his forearm into Delfin's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Almazan to stop fouling.  
Delfin lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Delfin sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Almazan hits home with a right hook.  
Almazan lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Delfin is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right hook, but Almazan blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Delfin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a left hook to Almazan's body.  
Almazan is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Delfin is on target with a left uppercut to Almazan's body.  Delfin holds on to his opponent.  Delfin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Delfin's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Delfin is on target with a sharp right hook.  Delfin tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Delfin lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Delfin steps inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Almazan switches the action to the outside.  Almazan could be stopped here, if Delfin can find the right shot!  Delfin lands a left uppercut followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS ALMAZAN DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  
It looks like Almazan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Delfin is on target with a left uppercut to Almazan's liver.  Delfin clinches his opponent.  Delfin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Delfin snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
Delfin is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  Delfin holds on to his opponent.  Delfin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Delfin tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Almazan's kidney.

Delfin pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
It looks like Almazan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Delfin crashes a big right uppercut to Almazan's body.  ALMAZAN WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Delfin senses Almazan is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Delfin lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body, AND ALMAZAN IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  Almazan now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Almazan steps to the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Delfin steps inside and connects with a firm left hook.  
Almazan steps to the outside and is on target with a hard jab.  Almazan attempts to land a jab, but Delfin blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Delfin closes the distance.  Almazan is on target with a left hook.  Delfin holds on to his opponent.  Delfin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Delfin's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Delfin walks Almazan onto the ropes.  Delfin digs in a right hook to Almazan's body.  Delfin tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Delfin crashes a hurtful left hook to Almazan's liver.  DOWN GOES ALMAZAN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Delfin!
