The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ian Lockey (8 - 12) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Kris Bourland(2 - 2) from Los Angeles, USA.  

Round 1: 

Lockey quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Lockey switches the action to the outside.  Lockey feints a jab, and then lands an overhand left to the head, a cross to the body and an overhand right to the head.  
Bourland is on target with a jab.  
Bourland attempts to land a left hook, but Lockey blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lockey feints a jab, but Bourland ignores the feint and lands with a right uppercut.  
Bourland cuts off the ring, trapping Lockey on the ropes.  Lockey lands a stinging jab.  Lockey throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Bourland steps inside.  Bourland pivots to the left of his opponent, but  throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Bourland's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Lockey switches the action to the outside.  Lockey sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Bourland tries to land a cross, but Lockey sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Bourland is looking to close the distance.  Bourland pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Lockey tries to keep the action at long range.  Bourland is on target with an overhand right.  
Bourland quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Lockey is on target with a cross.  
Lockey steps to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Bourland dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Bourland lands a cross.

Bourland closes the distance.  Lockey throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Bourland to the neutral corner.  He warns Lockey that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.
