Sam Harbert vs James Pfost

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 09/06/2034 from New York City, USA:

The New York City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Sam Harbert (16 - 21) who hails from New York City, USA and James Pfost(1 - 2) from Philadelphia, USA.  

Round 1: 

Harbert walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Pfost throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Harbert's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Pfost tries to land a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Harbert hits home with a stinging left uppercut.

Pfost throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Harbert to the neutral corner.  He warns Pfost that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.  
Harbert lands a right hook.  Harbert ties up his opponent.  Harbert pushes his forearm into Pfost's face.  The referee warns Harbert and breaks the clinch.  
Harbert hits home with a stinging cross.  
Harbert lands a left hook.  
Harbert is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Harbert holds on to his opponent.  Harbert leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Harbert attempts to land a left hook, but Pfost sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Harbert's body.  
Harbert hits home with a right uppercut.  
Harbert is looking to close the distance and throws a left uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Harbert ties up his opponent.  Harbert tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Pfost's kidney. Pfost leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Pfost forces Harbert to back into the ropes.  Harbert is on target with a solid left hook to Pfost's body.  
Harbert steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.  Harbert clinches his opponent.  Harbert hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Harbert about fouling.

Pfost pivots from in front of his opponent, but Harbert lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Harbert manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Harbert is on target with a solid right hook.  Harbert throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Harbert steps inside.  Pfost throws a right hook, but Harbert ties up his opponent.  Harbert leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Harbert's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Harbert lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.
