Khankishi Mirziyev vs Briareus Matthias

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 24/09/2034 from Dushanbe, Tajikistan:

The Dushanbe venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Khankishi Mirziyev (9 - 6) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Briareus Matthias(3 - 7) from Thessaloniki, Greece.  

Round 1: 

Mirziyev advances into close range.  Matthias hits home with a left hook.

Mirziyev gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Matthias throws a left hook, but Mirziyev holds on to his opponent.  Mirziyev uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Matthias behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mirziyev about fouling.  
Mirziyev closes the distance.  Mirziyev sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Matthias throws a right hook, but Mirziyev clinches his opponent.  Mirziyev throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Matthias switches the action to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents body.  
Mirziyev is looking to close the distance.  Matthias throws a left hook, but Mirziyev clinches his opponent.  Mirziyev is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Mirziyev's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mirziyev lands a cross.  
Matthias attempts to land a cross, but Mirziyev sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
