Dave Shiels vs Chris Sancho

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 09/11/2034 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Shiels (25 - 14) who hails from Hialeah, USA and Chris Sancho(2 - 0) from Las Vegas, USA.  

Round 1: 

Sancho advances into close range.  Shiels lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Shiels tries to step out of his opponents range.  Shiels stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Sancho lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Shiels lands a jab to the head, a jab to the body and an overhand right to the head.  
Shiels throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Sancho gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Sancho sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Shiels connects with a solid left hook.  
Sancho digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Shiels switches the action to the outside.  Sancho connects with an overhand left.  
Sancho steps inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Shiels lands a left hook followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Sancho lands a jab.  
Sancho closes the distance.  Shiels digs in a right hook to Sancho's ribs.  
Shiels steps away from his opponent and tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook.  
Shiels finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Sancho is looking to close the distance and walks Shiels down, trapping him on the ropes.  Sancho attempts to land a left hook, but Shiels blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Shiels snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.
